Service Description

Mindful Yoga Stories supports the development of listening, literary and oral skills through movement, mindfulness and emotional intelligence. Children work in small friendly groups where they are guided to manage the challenges of every day life and their own well being. The sessions end with fruity snack over discussions of the world that surrounds them. These sessions are suitable for 4 to 8 year olds. Please wear comfortable loose clothing.
